How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery within Ireland typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes. We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country.

What is your return policy? 

We want you to love your Kufiya purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
